Being unfamiliar with the area of the home, we missed our appointment due to my fault. Catherine graciously offered to reschedule not only once (on the same day which I missed again), but twice for next day! After visiting the home and seeing how perfect it will be for my family's relocation, my interaction with Catherine gave me comfort in knowing that I would be dealing with a property manager who is vested in providing customer service.
