Desert Hills
Desert Hills is a community name given to unincorporated Maricopa County in the far north Valley where Phoenix boundaries end. Honda Bow Road serves as its northern boundary, its eastern boundary is 24th street, adjacent to Cave Creek and to the east, 7th street. Its southern boundary bounces along Carefree Highway and Cloud St., dividing it from Phoenix proper.
Desert Hills is known for its rural look and feel and with 680 acres of state land trust is an equestriene dream. Many of the properties sit on acre-plus parcels and are on well and septic.
Tramonto, a recently developed community to the west with easy access to I17 offers shopping and dining amenities.
