Learning Opportunities:

American Associates Live Classroom Offerings

American Associates custom-designed core classes are offered regularly. These courses are comprehensive and interactive; you will leave each session with confidence that you “own” the information covered in class and that your clients will be well-represented. That confidence will come through in everything you do and help you grow your business

Continuing Education Classes Available Live Throughout the Valley

Attending Continuing Education (CE) classes will add to your knowledge base as well as meet the AZ Department of Real Estate’s requirement for 24 renewal hours by specified category every 24 months. As a convenience for our sales professionals,  American Associates posts all known CE classes sponsored by Home Warranty, Title, and others who support us in our Industry.

Non-CE Vendor Training Sessions

Although not certified by the AZ Department of Real Estate to qualify as Continuing Education credits, these types of classes often key in on new education and training needed to keep current on market shifts and governmental program changes that impact the Real Estate industry. These specialized learning opportunities are offered regularly to ensure our practitioners are kept current on changes, updates and trends (Short Sales, FHA financing, HUD-1 changes, etc.) in our industry, as well as best practices for Risk Management.

We take your career seriously and work hard to offer the support our agents need to be successful! Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions about the learning opportunities we offer.
